Weekly approvers
two peopleEach Tuesday they get a one-click email to approve that week's edition (or request a tweak). Two people so a week is never blocked if one is unavailable.

Who receives the finished video
Where the published video link is sent each week — add your comms lead, your team, whoever should have it.
Nothing here goes out until it's approved. These recipients only receive each week's video after one of your approvers (from Step 4) clears it. If no one approves, it doesn't send — you're always in control of what reaches your audience.
